Challenge
With the ever increasing activity from competitors, Ramsay Health Care recognised an opportunity to develop their place in the market through Google Ads.
After working with Greenwood Campbell for many years on other digital projects, Ramsay approached us to manage this on their behalf.
What we did
On a monthly basis we do the following:
Account optimisations including bid strategy management, adding new keywords from search terms, adding new negative keywords, cost per conversion analysis
Review of keyword cost and conversion statistics, to filter out those which are not performing - across all campaigns
Working with varying budget allocations to ensure budget is attributed to the best performing areas
Continue to work to improve Responsive Search Ads (RSA) ratings
Continual testing of tCPA bidding strategies, to improve CPA efficiencies without losing convs and/or traffic

Result
In 2022, an increase of 24% in conversions across the website.
The results have been achieved by expert optimisation within the account, streamlining the coverage and saving a considerable amount of spend in areas which were not generating leads. This allowed the budget to be invested in better performing areas.
