Senior Front-end Developer (Remote or Hybrid)
We are looking for a Lead Front-end Developer with proven experience in HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and CSS3 to join our successful team.
As the Lead Front-End Developer, you will be both hands-on creating adaptive and responsive code whilst acting as the technical lead on projects. This means you will be working closely with the rest of the team at the human tech agency including back-end developers, project managers and designers to build engaging websites and platforms alongside mentoring and guiding another front-end developer.
No two projects are the same and you will be responsible for working on an array of websites and web-based applications, from charity to healthcare, education to retail, we really have worked on a diverse range of projects.
The ability to generate semantic and SEO friendly code is a must and you will always have the opportunity to develop and progress your skills. With consistent liaison with members of the project team, you will understand the importance and have the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop well-structured and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code based on UI/UX design wireframes and requirements.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the feasibility of design concepts and provide valuable technical insights.
Build responsive and cross-platform web applications that work flawlessly on desktop, tablets, and mobile devices.
Optimise websites and applications for maximum speed and scalability, considering factors such as performance, accessibility, and search engine optimisation (SEO).
Implement front end components and libraries to enhance user interactions and improve overall user experience.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of web applications to identify and resolve any front end issues or bugs.
Collaborate with back end developers and other team members to ensure seamless integration and smooth functionality of front end and back end components.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in front end development to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our deliverables.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in front end web development.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
Strong knowledge of front end frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Experience with responsive design principles and implementation.
Understanding of UI/UX design principles and the ability to work closely with designers to bring concepts to life.
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and web accessibility standards.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
