Senior Back-end Developer (Remote or Hybrid)
At The Human Tech Agency, we are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with proven experience in C#/ .NET. No two projects are the same and you will be responsible for working on an array of websites and web-based applications, from charity to healthcare, education to retail, we really have worked on a diverse range of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality backend solutions.
Design and develop backend APIs, services and CMS System using C#/.NET Core (6 and 7), ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebForms
Maintain and enhance existing .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Web Forms applications.
Create and optimise SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema designs.
Deploy and manage applications on Azure Cloud and utilise Azure DevOps for CI/CD.
Integrate and customise CMS Platforms like Umbraco, Sitecore, and Optimizely.
Troubleshoot and resolve backend-related issues, ensuring optimal performance.
Mentor and guide junior developers, sharing best practices and knowledge.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in back end web development.
A deep understanding of C#/.NET Core (6/7), ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL, Azure, Azure DevOps, and CMS Platforms like Umbraco, Sitecore, and Optimizely.
Experience with version control systems such as Git.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work
